Return / Refund

Would you like to return or exchange your order?

You can return your product in exchange for store credit, a replacement product, or a refund to the original payment method used at purchase. Exception: In accordance with the provisions of Article L.221-28 of the Consumer Code, the customer has no right of withdrawal for custom-made or personalized products.

Returns or exchanges are possible within 14 days of your purchase.
Products must be returned unused, undamaged, without signs of wear, and in their original packaging.

To initiate a return or exchange request:

1. Please inform us of your return request by writing to contact@lacasano.com.

2. The return should then be sent at your expense to the address below, including a note with your order number, first and last name:
