Once you have placed your order on our website, it is no longer possible to cancel it. However, you can make a return once the parcel has been received at your home. Please consult our returns policy here.

As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email with a shipping number.

Colissimo: 2-5 days
Chronopost: Next day delivery with 3 possible slots
In-store pickup: you have the possibility to pick up your order in store free of charge from Tuesday to Saturday from 10:30 a.m. to 7 p.m.

We accept the following payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Credit Cards and Shop Pay.

After finalizing your order, you will receive a confirmation email with your order number. If you do not receive this email, your order may not be registered. Please contact us so that we can assist you at the following address: contact@lacasano.com

You have the option to request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. You will have 14 days to send the product back to us.
To be eligible for return, the product must not have been damaged, and it must be returned with its tag attached and in its original packaging.
Once the return is verified, the refund will be made within 10 days to the payment card used for purchase.

Each product page includes a care guide for our products (tab: maintenance). We recommend dry cleaning for all hand-embroidered products.
